How did this story begin? When Get Rooted’s very own Sharon Twomey attended a women’s health retreat in Bali, she got her first taste of Jamu - a daily turmeric drink packed with tried-and-true health benefits Indonesian people have been experiencing for centuries.

Wanting to recreate these benefits at home, Sharon began experimenting with this turmeric recipe, and thus began this incredible journey. Her husband joined her in taking these shots daily which helped to reduce his elevated PSA levels and avoid invasive surgery.

Call it a lucky accident if you will, how a chance encounter with this drink led to a discovery of the benefits and power it had, which led to the Twomey family wanting others to have access to it in a convenient format! Get Rooted shots are packed with energy in small batches.
